What will the successful Recruitment Partner / Senior Recruitment Partner be expected to deliver?Build and manage a 360 desk within the Social Work sector
Partner with local authorities and private organisations to supply qualified social workers
Develop a strong candidate pipeline through proactive sourcing, advertising, referrals, and outreach
Conduct interviews and match professionals to client vacancies
Secure and coordinate interviews, offers, and onboarding
Maintain strong client relationships and generate repeat business
Drive activity and exceed performance targets
Manage and maintain accurate data using our CRM (Vincere)
Demonstrate deep knowledge of the social care market and candidate motivations
Build your personal brand on socials and contribute to Hoops presence in the sector
