About the Role

Act as a key point of contact for HR-related queries across the businessManage complex employee relations cases end-to-end, including disciplinaries, grievances, and absence managementPartner with stakeholders across the organisation, building strong and credible working relationshipsProvide pragmatic, commercially focused HR advice to managers, using sound judgement on a case-by-case basisSupport the consistent application and development of HR policies and proceduresAnalyse people data (e.g. absence, attrition trends) to identify risks and opportunitiesUse insight to make recommendations that improve people practices and employee experienceSupport across the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, development, and HR projectsContribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the HR function
