Aspire People are looking for a confident KS3 Teacher with strong Maths and Science knowledge for an immediate opportunity across Cardiff and Newport.

The Role

- Deliver engaging KS3 lessons across Maths and Science- Plan and adapt lessons to meet different learning needs- Maintain positive behaviour and clear classroom expectations- Assess and monitor pupil progress- Build positive relationships with pupils- Work collaboratively with colleagues and support staff

Requirements

- QTS or recognised teaching qualification- Strong Maths and Science subject knowledge- Experience teaching or supporting KS3 learners- Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills- Ability to adapt teaching to different abilities- Strong communication and organisation- EWC registration or willingness to register- Enhanced DBS for Children on the DBS Update Service- Ability and willingness to travel between Cardiff and Newport
