Our client, a leading educational institution in Cardiff, South Glamorgan, is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Graduate Teaching Assistant to join their team on a part-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate who is eager to gain valuable experience in the teaching profession.

As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will have the opportunity to support our dedicated teaching staff in delivering engaging and enriching lessons to our students. With a salary of £92.60 per day, this position offers a competitive remuneration package that reflects the importance of your role in shaping the lives of young learners.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting teachers in the classroom, providing one-on-one and small-group support to students
  • Preparing and setting up teaching materials, resources, and learning environments
  • Collaborating with teachers to develop and implement lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of our students
  • Monitoring and assessing student progress, and providing feedback to teachers
  • Participating in extracurricular activities and events to further support the holistic development of our students
