• Advise clients on business rates mitigation strategies.
• Inspect and value commercial properties for rating purposes.
• Negotiate with the Valuation Office Agency and Billing Authorities.
• Attend client meetings and support business development initiatives.

• MRICS qualified or actively working towards qualification.
• Experience in business rates valuation (private sector or VOA backgrounds welcome).
• Strong understanding of rating legislation and the Check, Challenge, Appeal process.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
• Commercially aware, proactive, and a strong team player.
