Deliver cost management and employers agent services across pre- and post-contract stages.Lead and coordinate consultant teams through planning, procurement, and construction phases.Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring delivery meets their business objectives.Contribute to business development, leveraging your market knowledge to grow sector presence.Prepare budgets, cost plans, value engineering strategies, and commercial analysis.Manage tender processes, negotiate contracts, and oversee change control.Produce accurate cost reports and forecasts, chair site meetings, and drive commercial awareness.Mentor junior team members, supporting their professional growth.
