£36,000 - £40,000 salary 22 days annual leave + bank holidays + birthday off Company vehicle provided 40-hour working week Timeframe negotiated bonuses £100 annual bonus 70/30 split (domestic/commercial)

The Role

Conduct Management, Refurbishment, and Demolition Surveys (HSG264) Work across domestic and commercial properties Produce accurate survey reports Ensure compliance with legislation and HSE guidance

Requirements

BOHS P402 Experience as an Asbestos Surveyor Full UK driving licence
