Location: Cardiff

Salary: £32-38,000

A well regarded and design led architectural practice is seeking a talented Architect to join its Cardiff studio. With over five decades of delivering high quality and sustainable projects across the UK and internationally, the practice has built a strong reputation for producing commercially driven and user focused design solutions. The team works across architecture, urban design and masterplanning, with a portfolio spanning mixed use, retail, leisure, residential and workplace sectors.

Role & Responsibilities for the Architect: Lead and contribute to projects across multiple RIBA stages Develop design proposals from concept through to technical delivery Produce and review detailed drawing packages and construction information Coordinate with internal teams, consultants and external stakeholders Ensure compliance with current UK Building Regulations Attend and lead project meetings, presentations and site visits

The successful Architect will have: ARB registered Architect with a recognised qualification Proven experience working within a UK architectural practice Strong design and technical skills across all project stages Good knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction methods Proficiency in Revit, with Adobe Creative Suite skills beneficial Clear communication skills with a collaborative and organised approach
