This is an exciting time to join as the organisation strengthens its community presence in Wales and invests in ambitious income?growth plans. This is a new role and offers an exciting opportunity for a fundraiser looking to develop their career, take ownership of a regional portfolio, and play a key role in a high?profile national partnership. You ll enjoy hybrid working, autonomy, and the chance to shape the charity s local presence across South Wales. As part of this exciting role, you will develop and grow a portfolio of community supporters across Wales, building new relationships with individuals, groups, clubs and local companies. You will also dedicate around 50% of your time to supporting a large national corporate partnership, working closely with local stores in your region to engage colleagues, increase fundraising activity, and champion the partnership on the ground. No two days will be the same as you travel across the region, inspire supporters, and help grow vital income to support the charity s mission. To be successful as the Senior Community Fundraiser you will need:

• Demonstrable community fundraising or relationship?fundraising experience
• Experience of developing new relationships from scratch and achieving income targets
• Excellent communication, influencing and organisational skills
