Job Title: Corporate Tax Senior

Salary: £40,000 - £48,000 + Benefits Package!

I'm on the lookout for a Corporate Tax Senior to join a cooperative and high-performing Business Tax team in my client's Cardiff Office. What You'll Be Doing:

As a Corporate Tax Senior, you'll support the delivery of high-quality compliance and advisory work across a varied client portfolio and contribute to the wider growth and development of the tax team. Your day-to-day will include:

• Preparing and reviewing corporation tax computations and returns
• Assisting with P11Ds, PSAs, ATED, ERS, and EMI reporting
• Working on advisory projects including capital allowances reviews, succession planning, profit extraction strategies, and employee incentivisation
• Identifying wider tax planning opportunities and collaborating with specialists across the firm
• Building relationships with clients and managing day-to-day communications
• Supporting junior team members through coaching, review, and knowledge-sharing
• Collaborating across offices and service lines to ensure joined-up, value-driven delivery

The Individual:

• ACA / ACCA qualified and/or ATT or CTA qualified (or close to completion)
• Some experience of working on advisory or project-based assignments
• Ability to interpret financial accounts and understand broader tax implications
• Writes and speak with ease, with a client-focused mindset
• Working knowledge of Alphatax (preferred, but not essential)
• A collaborative, team-oriented mindset and confidence in mentoring junior staff
• Commitment to professional development and continuous learning
