Community

In the beginning of 2021, in yet another lockdown and as a level up of Dry January, Grant started going in the sea every morning.

In February, Lene needed to get out of her routine and do something for herself in the morning, so decided to go in the sea before work.

By chance, they started building a community of people who needed something to look forward to and who wanted to push themselves out of their comfort zones. Over the year, Dawnstalkers has established itself as a daily morning event at Penarth Seafront.

Strangers became friends, people have found their tribe and mindsets have improved.

Every morning we meet at the Shore to go in the Sea, socialise, and enjoy the company of like-minded people. Sometimes we watch sunrise, sometimes we dance in the rain - but we are there.

Post Dip Coffee and Cookies are facilitated by Piotr, @stol_coffee, who is there with his Coffee Bike 6 mornings a week. (Monday is his day off, so bring your own coffee on Monday!)

If you'd like to meet new people and do something new, experience COMMUNITY at its finest, come along, say Hello and join in. If you'd like to get in contact with us first, send us a message on Instagram @dawnstalkers or Facebook and we will make sure to meet you at the Shore, so you don't have to feel nervous about joining a big group by yourself.

Sea you at the Shore, Stalkers!
