Your new companyYou will be working for a Not For Profit organisation based in Cardiff. The organisation offers hybrid and flexible working and is accessible via public transport links.Your new roleThe Executive Assistant to the CEO will work alongside the CEO providing project management and supporting communications, as well as organising, tracking, maintaining and follow up on all of the CEO's activities and deliverables.Key objectives for this role are as follows:

  • Report Writing
  • Relationship Management
  • Meeting Support

What you'll need to succeed

  • Experience of working as EA/PA to CEO or Board Directors
  • Practical application of project management
  • Collaborating with key stakeholders, ministers, officials in order to provide communications advice and support
  • Report writing
  • Conducting desktop research
